He doesn't care. He'd blow up the towns and villages ISIS has taken over without any regrets. He just wants ISIS dead and considers the "light" airstrikes that the US has been doing so far haven't done shit because we're playing it "safe" and not trying hard enough. Civilian casualties would be alright with him, so long as ISIS is taken out. He was born post WW2 and I reckon this is the mentality he grew up with.

I was really just kidding. But, we've made so many enemies with this mentality already. Definitely something to be said for 100% elimination of targets, but who's the bigger terrorist then? Considering the fact that everyone still dry humps Reagan's name after his murderous contra war in Central America, pretty sure this wouldn't reflect too badly on the US govt after a couple decades. We just need a white, male president to stand by it to reassure the (totally non-prejudicial) American public...

Wow, this is basically what I say to everyone who talks about how fantastic our over-militarization is. Here are some startling facts that some people might make out to be a conspiracy theory.

-Airtight cockpit door legislation proposed for decades

-legislation shot down by politicians on the defense industry's payroll

-Planes are hijacked (HOW COULD THAT BE?), president looks good, people are pissed off and scared and want to find a reason to start a war

-Hey look, they must have WMDs.

-People who did not favor secure cockpits for all those years become billionaires

-Thousands of people die who shouldn't have, we have several trillions more in debt, but at least some top-secret company assholes have more yachts and offshore accounts!

This is one example of shit that's our own damn fault.
